Tell us what is going on. We read every message and reply during business hours — usually the same day.
Before you ask
- How fast do you respond when something breaks?
Standard support requests are acknowledged within one business hour. Anything that stops your business from operating — mail down, server offline, suspected security incident — is triaged immediately. Exact targets are written into your agreement, not left implied.
- Do you require a long-term contract?
Managed agreements run an initial two-year term, then renew one year at a time. Either party can stop a renewal with sixty days’ notice before the term ends, and either party can terminate earlier on sixty days’ written notice — though if you leave mid-term for a reason other than something we did wrong, the balance of the term is still owed unless we waive it. We would rather say that here than have you find it in paragraph three. Project work is quoted separately as a fixed fee.
- We already have an IT provider. How hard is switching?
Less painful than most people expect. We handle the transition: inventory your environment, take over administrative accounts, document everything, and coordinate the handoff. Most switches complete inside two to three weeks with no interruption to your staff.
- Do you come onsite, or is everything remote?
Both. Most issues resolve faster remotely, so we start there. When hardware, cabling, or a network problem needs hands on site, we drive out — anywhere in roughly a forty-five mile circle around Stephenville, from Weatherford and Mineral Wells down to Hamilton, and from Granbury west to Eastland.
